Most patients require just one session for long-lasting relief while others may require two or three sessions to achieve similar results. The cost per session is as outlined above no matter many injections per session. Please note that we do not bill your insurance company for this service, and it is an out-of-pocket expense. Additionally, if you are a Medicare patient, we are unable to provide this service, as it is covered by Medicare and offering it would violate Medicare billing guidelines. For non-Medicare patients, we will provide you with an itemized bill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
