Yes, after your initial free consultation, we require a deposit to secure your appointment time and date.

Your deposit is 100% refundable or transferable up to three business days before your appointment. Cancellation details will be included in the confirmation email. After the deadline, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment.  

No, you should not undergo platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy while pregnant. While PRP injections are generally safe, they carry a very small risk of infection or allergic reaction.  

For PRP injections to be most effective, it is generally recommended to stop taking anti-platelet medications, such as Aspirin or Plavix, for 7 days before the procedure and for at least 14 days afterward. However, it is crucial to get approval from your primary care doctor or the specialist who prescribed the anti-platelet medication before pausing its use during this period. Once you decide to move forward with us, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to request approval from your primary care physician or specialist.  

Yes, in general there is low risk of complications such as significant bleeding with PRP joint injections if done safely and with ultrasound guidance.   

Yes, you can use your FSA or HSA to pay for services either through a dedicated FSA/HSA credit card or by seeking reimbursement.  

No, all our procedures are performed under ultrasound guidance, which does not involve ionizing radiation. And also we do not use any intravascular contrast dyes.  

Yes, we retain medical records in compliance with federal and local regulations. We can also share your medical information with your primary care doctor or specialist at your request.  

We take your privacy seriously and adhere to strict privacy regulations. Access to your information is limited to staff who need it for legitimate reasons, and all access is logged.  

It’s best to wear loose-fitting clothing to allow easy access to the treatment areas. If necessary, you will be provided with a gown to wear during the procedure. You will always be able to keep your undergarments on.
